FAQs

Q. Is there a registration deadline?

A. Yes. Please check the current season’s registration end date posted on the website.

Q. What if I want to make a new team?

A. Contact Our League Tucson to discuss this and perhaps add the new team to the roster. Generally we like to have a new team captained by someone who has previously played in the league, yet this can be discussed and voted for by our Board.

Q. What if I don’t have a team, but still want to register?

A. Welcome! We look forward to you being part of our little family! When registering simply add ‘Free Agent’ in the Team Name section and you will be assigned a team.

Q. Why do I need to upload a recent photograph and an officially state licensed ID or passport?

A. We are an adult league and there maybe alcohol present at all of our events; therefore, we require proof that all members are 21 years of age or older and are who they say they are. No catfish allowed unless it’s beer battered and fried!

Q. What is Our League Tucson’s refund policy?

A. No take backsies! We do not offer refunds once you have registered for a season unless:

  • A major injury has occurred before the start of the season and a medical note is provided.

  • If the season is cancelled for any reason (refund does not include taxes or processing fees)

  • Due to military deployment before the start of the season and official documentation is provided.

By registering, you fully agree to our refund policy.

Q. What is Our League Tucson’s cancellation policy?

A. Our League Tucson may cancel games for any reason involving Tucson Public Health and Safety Concerns, Tucson Parks and Recreation Mandates, Inclement Weather.

Games canceled due to weather may or may not be rescheduled. We will do what we can to play all the games in the original calendar season; however, if games are canceled due to continuous inclement weather, then participants will not receive a refund or partial refund.

Despite any rain, the fields may still be playable. Please do not assume games are canceled due to rain. Please do check our social media accounts for current updates as we will be in contact with Tucson Parks and Recreation and surveying the fields ourselves.

Q. Is there a limit of numbers and letters for shirts?

A. Yes, due to trying to keep all lettering and numbers uniformed in size, we only allow a maximum of 2 numbers and 14 letters.
