Fun Fact: I drove to Alaska in September 2020. We started in Tucson (Arizona) through Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Alberta (Canada), British Columbia (Canada), Yukon (Canada) with final destination to Wasilla, Alaska. 3,954 MILES in 7 DAYS!

Hobbies: Fitness/weightlifting, traveling to places that make my soul happy, cooking, hiking, being an animal foster mamma, playing and watching all types of sports and being addicted to HAMILTON the musical.

Why I chose Our League Tucson: The Community. There is so much love and appreciation for every single person involved in the league. I’ve made some long lasting friendships.

Hobbies: Being an outdoor Hoe! I love hiking, camping, traveling and pretty much anything outdoors, yoga and trashy TV….. but most of all Queer Kickball!

Why I chose Our League Tucson: Our League provides a safe space for queer kickballers and has allowed us to have a sense of community that goes beyond the games and fields!

Why I chose Our League Tucson: Playing kickball brought me joy when I was in middle school. I loved being outside and competing against other kids! Kickball is my jam! Our League Tucson has allowed me relive the best moments of my childhood. This league has created a teamwork environment that promotes friendships and FUN! It has allowed individuals to feel accepted (you matter!) Snap Snap! Come on out and join the fun!

Fun Fact: In 2005, I was paparazzi and reporter of the political, social and sex lives of a troop of baboons in Kenya.

Hobbies: Birdwatching, making my yard as wildlife-friendly as possible, reading and watching sci-fi and fantasy, taking care of my plants, fostering cats and dogs, and playing any sport with a ball.

Fun Fact: I used to be a professional stage manager working on theatrical productions in the Pacific Northwest and New York, then decided to transition into Electrical Engineering. They aren’t as far apart as you’d expect!

Hobbies: I play in and run a few D&D groups and have even played with other members of the league in the past. I love cooking, reading fantasy/sci-fi and overall a big ol’ nerd.

Why I chose Our League Tucson: The Queer kickball community in Tucson has been such a positive force in my life experience. Getting to get outside, meet new friendly folks and burn off some of the energy of the week is something I look forward to every Saturday!

Why I chose Our League Tucson: To connect with LGBT persons interested in fun and fitness. Most sports leagues are so serious, and finding LGBT persons to casually work out with me for fun seemed difficult. I have found such wonderful friends in the league, my decision to join Our League Tucson has really worked out amazingly!!
